Tea & Coffee World Cup brings together the entirety of the industry – from bean and leaf to cup, held virtually for 2021.

The one-day live event, with additional exposure for one month, 24/7 on-demand access, assembles delegates and suppliers from across the world and the entire industry, maximising the channels of communication between key decision makers and innovators from the international tea and coffee industries and whole supply chain. Providing access to the latest in efficient, sustainable and innovative technology, systems and products.

Exhibitors include tea and coffee processing and machinery suppliers, packaging materials and machinery suppliers, supply chain servicing, consultancy and education, quality control and assurance, and more.

The conference features a virtual auditorium, featuring keynote speakers providing overviews in their field of expertise, along with presentations of the latest trends and developments from the global industry suppliers. The conference presentations will offer exclusive and unique insights into new technology, efficiency and sustainability, designed to educate and inform delegates on all aspects of their business and processes.

There’s also a virtual exhibition hall providing a tabletop exhibition for videos and downloadable content, and networking tools offering valuable opportunities for meetings and discussion throughout the live day and the on-demand period.

The workshops involve discussions around cupping, grading and blending, and are taught by experts in the tea, coffee and cocoa industries.

Who we are

The event is run by the established Tea & Coffee Trade Journal, which has been reporting on the global coffee and tea industries from origin through the supply chain – “from bean and leaf to cup” – since it was founded by William H Ukers in 1901. Targeting coffee roasters, tea blenders, packers and co-packers, importers, exporters and traders, as well as allied services.  Editorial coverage includes: origin highlights and country specific; roasting, grinding and processing technologies; tea blending and brewing; sustainability; research and development; packaging, warehousing and logistics; OCS and single serve as well as company profiles, global trends and equipment/machinery. T&CTJ also publishes the annual Ukers Global Directory and Buyers’ Guide, a comprehensive listing of all businesses servicing the tea and coffee trades.

Presentations and Tabletop Exhibits

We ask that presentations are pre-recorded video files and total a maximum of 20 minutes. These are always very popular and can sell out quickly.

In the virtual exhibition area, tabletop exhibits offer the opportunity for companies to display product and technical information to delegates.


The conference is structured as one day live event, followed by one month, 24/7 on-demand access. Register on our website and receive your log-in details to create your visitor profile and access the event content. Once logged in you will be taken to our virtual lobby, providing access to the Exhibition Hall, Auditorium, Networking chat tool and Information Centre for any questions or queries.

Keynote speeches, workshops and technical presentations will be held in the Auditorium, and exhibitors displayed in the Exhibition Hall. Both are accessible from opening, throughout the ‘live’ day and one month on-demand period. The Networking feature is available in real-time on the live day (8 September), then converts to email communication for the one month on-demand period.

The Exhibition Hall offers suppliers the opportunity to display product and technical information and take part in networking opportunities with visitors.

On receipt of booking confirmation document, the agreement between the participant & WorldWide Expo Ltd (Tea & Coffee World Cup 2021, The Virtual Show) is legally binding.

It may be necessary for reasons beyond the control of the organisers to alter the content and/or timing of the virtual event.
