How it works – voting by the industry, for the industry

Each supplier is allowed to nominate a maximum of one tea or coffee supplier into the awards. Suppliers have until 30 June 2019 to make the nomination along with a 200-word description on why their entry is a deserving winner.

Please send your entries to miranda@bellpublishing.com

After this deadline, people within the industry will have the opportunity to vote for their preferred supplier, via the Tea & Coffee World Conference website. This means the Global Supplier Awards are truly independent, and voted for by their industry colleagues and peers.

To ensure neutrality, only one vote, per person is allowed. Multiple votes from one person or excessive votes from one company (50+) will be discounted.

Voting for the Awards will open on 5 July, and the Best Tea Supplier and Best Coffee Supplier will be announced at the conference in Hong Kong.

Good luck!

Our company PINE TEA & COFFEE was founded by co-directors Clayton Pine (45 years experience) & Lesley Pine (23 years experience).
We have fought hard here in Australia to grow the specialty tea industry since the late 90’s when no-one was interested in loose leaf teas apart from Dilmah in the supermarkets and some old tea brands. We have a reputation second to none in Australia and although still a small family owned business we offer the best quality we can source for our origin and tea blends, buying direct from the auctions in India and Sri-Lanka as well as the growers in Japan and also through traders in China. Since the late 90’s we have also been proud to say that we are the exclusive Australian agents for Gebruder Wollenhaupt in Hamburg for our fruit, flavoured and specialty loose leaf tea & some exclusively made blends.
We have won over 100 tea awards in the Royal Fine Foods Hobart Tea award categories as well as sponsoring the TEA category at the Royal fine Food Awards since 2014. We hope you view our business for consideration as BEST TEA SUPPLIER here in Australia. Thank You, Lesley Pine
