Getting to the NEC:

Train

Getting to us by train is brilliantly easy as the NEC is located less than a ten-minute walk from Birmingham International Railway Station. Direct services run all day, however if you’re travelling from further afield you may need to catch a connecting train at Birmingham New Street, which is less than a 15-minute journey away. Check http://www.nationalrail.co.uk/ for your best route in.

Plane

Birmingham Airport is right at the exhibition centre’s doorstep. Simply take the free and fast air-rail link to Birmingham International Railway Station located at the upper level of Terminal 1. The train runs every two minutes and only takes 90 seconds. When you arrive just head straight through to the NEC. Alternatively if you are flying in from London, travel on the train from London Euston to Birmingham International which runs regularly every day.

Bus and Coach

Over 120 National Express and Megabus coach services run daily across the UK to Birmingham Airport. From here you can get to the NEC via the free air-rail link, which takes just 90 seconds and runs every two minutes. Jumping on a bus in Birmingham City Centre? You’ll want the X1 service (every 15 minutes) or the 97A (every 30 minutes). Local services also run from Solihull (966) and Coventry (900).

Car

Located bang in the middle of the UK’s motorway network, jumping in the car is the ideal way to get to the NEC. You’ll find the venue clearly signposted from all motorways and major routes including the M42, M40 and M6 – just pop B40 1NT in your sat nav.
